Team-Building

🌿 This year we participated in a special team-building event: community strength and commitment to sustainability met in the beautiful Agostyan Arboretum. With the professional collaboration of the Greenbelt Society (www.zoldovezet.info), we did work that the host institution would not have had the capacity or budget to do. Together we not only built and beautified, but created real value for nature.

💪 Efficiency and teamwork In three hours, colleagues completed a month's worth of work (benches, tables, refurbishing the guardrail and renewing the car park) that could only have been done by one person working full time.

Working together not only benefited the environment, but also strengthened the team's cohesion.

☕ We started the day with delicious refreshments and ended it with goulash soup and lecsó, cooked in a stove.

🎁At the end of the programme, we held a surprise raffle, where 15 colleagues were the luckiest, and they went home with a gift voucher!
