ADR Logistics Kft. launched its Food Logistics division in 2001 with the goal of providing high-quality, customized logistics solutions for manufacturers of premium foods and beverages. As a result of the division’s continuous growth, we opened our state-of-the-art food warehouse in Gyál in 2017, which continues to play a key role in our services today.

Throughout the entire logistics process, we place a strong emphasis on food safety and traceability. Our operations are supported by an audited HACCP system, so our clients can be confident that their goods are handled in an environment that meets the highest professional standards.

📦 We hosted a group of about 12 members from the Hungarian Logistics Association at ADR Logistics’ food logistics warehouse as part of a professional company tour.

During the program, we gave a presentation on our company, focusing in particular on the specifics of the food logistics sector, warehouse operations, and day-to-day workflows. The presentation was followed by a tour of the warehouse, during which participants were able to see our logistics solutions and operations up close.

We were delighted to provide insight into the day-to-day operations at ADR Logistics and to contribute to expanding the participants’ practical professional knowledge.

Climate Protection / Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Approved Target

Our company is committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions from its operations.

To this end, we have defined our emissions reduction target based on the methodology of the internationally recognized Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

According to our SBTi-approved target, our company will reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 42% by 2030 compared to a specified base year.

Our target is in line with scientific recommendations for climate change mitigation and supports long-term sustainable, responsible operations.

We support emissions reduction through, among other things:

• energy efficiency improvements,
• optimization of our operational processes,
• and the adoption of more sustainable operational solutions.

We are committed to regularly monitoring progress toward our goals and communicating transparently.

SBTI: The Science Based Targets initiative is an independent international organization that evaluates companies’ emission reduction targets on a scientific basis to ensure they are aligned with the goals of the Paris Agreement. 

For us, sustainability is not just a goal, but an ongoing commitment. 🌱

On April 26, we organized a tree-planting event at the ALK site, where—in the spirit of our partnership with Gyál and to mark the 20th anniversary of our collaboration—we planted six saplings named after the city.

Mayor Mihály Pápai was also present at the event. This initiative goes beyond a one-time event: it symbolizes not only our joint work but also our long-term commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
