Log files
Like many other websites, www.adr-logistics.hu uses log files. These files log visitors to the site. Scope of data handled - information stored in log files includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and similar information are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Data security
The Data Controller shall ensure the security of data processing by means of technical, organisational and organisational measures that provide a level of protection appropriate to the risks associated with the processing, taking into account the state of the art.
We select and operate the IT tools used to process personal data in such a way that the data processed is: accessible to those authorised to access it (availability); authentic and verifiable (authenticity of data processing); verifiable as unalterable (data integrity); protected against unauthorised access (data confidentiality).
We take appropriate measures to protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, damage, unauthorized disclosure or access. We restrict access to personal data by setting privilege levels. IT systems are protected by firewalls and virus protection. In the electronic processing of data, we ensure that access to data is limited to those persons who need it for the performance of their tasks, and only for the purposes for which it is intended and under controlled conditions. In order to protect the electronically processed data files in our various registers, we have appropriate technical arrangements in place to ensure that the data stored cannot be directly linked and attributed to the data subject, except where permitted by law.
The Data Controller shall keep a record of any data breaches, indicating the facts relating to the data breach, its effects and the measures taken to remedy it. The Data Controller shall notify a potential personal data breach to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information without delay and, if possible, no later than 72 hours after the personal data breach has come to its attention, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
Rights of data subjects and how to exercise them
You can request your data at any time correction of, restrictions, cancellation of, and may request information about the processing full specific information. You may also request that, in accordance with the law, your personal data be provided in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format we give, or data from a transferred to another controller. We will respond to these requests within 1 month.
